You may return products purchased from our official website within 7 days. We only accept returns of unopened products in their original condition. Unless the product is damaged or defective, we do not accept returns of opened products. Customers can contact the Caudalie Customer Service Hotline at +852 3974 6121 from Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, or fill out the online form at https://hk-en.caudalie.com/contact/. We will respond as soon as possible.

We cannot exchange, or reimburse you for, products ordered from a Caudalie-approved pharmacy or drugstore. We invite you to contact the point of sale where the purchase was made directly.

Don’t worry, if all or part of the order is not what you wanted, you have a 7-day cancellation period following receipt of the products. Returns are applicable for products received in a good condition. Products must be presented in their original packaging without having been used, along with the gifts sent with the order, if applicable. Refunds will be made on the products and initial delivery charge to the credit card used for the order. Shipping costs incurred for product returns will not be refunded.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days following receipt of your package. The time to post a credit to your account is determined by the issuing bank. Please contact your own issuing banks for details.

You have 7 days to indicate your withdrawal of an order using the withdrawal slip. You then have 7 days to send the consignment back to us. As soon as we receive the package, you will be reimbursed within 7 days maximum.
