Payment is non-refundable. Treatment is non-transferable.
The customer may amend their appointment once, free of charge, up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment date, by calling the selected boutique. The reschedule date must be within 1 month from the original purchase date.
If the customer cancels their appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment date or does not show up to the boutique for their treatment, the full price of your payment will be charged and no refund will be made.
If the customer is late for the scheduled appointment, the duration of your treatment will be deducted accordingly. If the customer arrives 15 minutes late or more, it will be treated as a cancellation, and the full price of your payment will be charged. No refund will be made.
In case of disputes, Caudalie Hong Kong Limited reserves the right to all final decisions.
