Return policy

1 - Can I return or cancel a purchase made in a pharmacy or hygiene and beauty department?

We cannot exchange, or reimburse you for, products ordered from a Caudalie-approved pharmacy or drugstore. We invite you to contact the point of sale where the purchase was made directly.

2 - Is it possible to be reimbursed?

Don’t worry, if all or part of the order is not what you wanted, you have a 7-day cancellation period following receipt of the products. Returns are applicable for products received in a good condition. Products must be presented in their original packaging without having been used, along with the gifts sent with the order, if applicable. Refunds will be made on the products and initial delivery charge to the credit card used for the order. Shipping costs incurred for product returns will not be refunded.

3 - How long do refunds take?

Refunds will be made an average of 14 working days following receipt of your package.

4 - How long is the withdrawal period?

You have 7 days to indicate your withdrawal of an order using the withdrawal slip. You then have 7 days to send the consignment back to us. As soon as we receive the package, you will be reimbursed within 7 days maximum.
